At Ran & Sia, we stand behind every product we sell. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Your trust means everything to us, and we will do whatever it takes to ensure you are happy.
2. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- The item was received damaged or defective
- The wrong product was delivered
- The product quality does not match our described standards
- The request is made within 14 days of delivery
❌ We do not accept returns on:
- Opened loose-leaf tea pouches (for hygiene reasons)
- Items damaged due to improper storage after delivery
- Orders returned without prior communication with our team
3. How to Request a Return or Refund
To initiate a return or refund, please follow these steps:
- Email us at support@Ran&Sia.com within 14 days of receiving your order
- Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and a photo if applicable
- Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with next steps
- If approved, we will arrange a return or issue a refund/replacement
4. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected:
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method
- You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed
5. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange a product (e.g. a different blend or size), please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to stock availability.
6. Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, please contact us immediately. We will work with our shipping partner to resolve the issue and send a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.
7. Return Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item), we cover the return shipping cost
- If the return is for any other reason, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees
